Join us as we get ready to run the Quad Cities Marathon on Sunday, September 24th! Over the course of 16 weeks, the certified coaches and training experts at Fleet Feet Davenport will help prepare you for the half, full, or ultra marathon distance. The program begins on Tuesday, June 6th and finishes on Sunday, September 24th. Whether this is your first longer distance race, or you simply want to improve, there is a place for you here! We will be meeting on Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am. Participants will feel most comfortable with the programming if they are able to complete 4 or more miles (half marathon), 6 or more miles (full marathon), and 10 or more miles (ultra marathon) of running and/or walking at a time before beginning the program.
