Let's explore some amazing local trails in the cooler fall weather! This program runs September 28th-November 20th. We will be meeting on Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am. We'll explain routes of each run/hike and stick together in small groups so have no fear in getting lost! All paces and experience levels are welcome. We'll go over educational topics each week such as trail running tips, injury prevention, how trail shoes differ from road shoes and more!
Included is daily programming for 8 weeks that gradually builds up in our time on trails with a focus on building strength as well. Two weekly meetups with coaches, mentors & fellow participants.
