This workshop will focus on four of the major principles in training and racing, and teach you how to use them to your advantage. Each session is broken into four 15-minute segments, with a short 5-minute Q & A in-between.

Part Three - Cross-training vs. Strength-training & Program Development
Part Four - Active & Passive Recovery
