Weekly speed session training group. Run in person or virtual.
We'll meet for 10 Tuesdays focused on workouts designed to focus on speed. These will be mainly threshold and track style intervals.
Everyone's pace is their own and we welcome all paces though we will require that you're comfortable running for 60min or 5mi to sign up.
Athletes will receive a VDot account to push and record workouts to, weekly communications will be sent via email and a private WhatsApp group will be utilized for real time communications, random mid-week updates and sharing successes with the team.
