The events listed on the MIT Calendar below are the primary focus of the MIT program.
- Saturday's being the primary workout of every week and Wednesday's being the second most important of the week.
- We also offer group run opportunities Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays as follows:
- Mondays at Fleet Feet Polaris at 6:30pm
- Tuesdays at FrontRunner Worthington at 7:00pm
- Thursdays at FrontRunner Upper Arlington at 6:30pm
- The MIT education sessions are required for first time participants. These sessions will be scheduled for Saturday mornings before the workouts.
- Yoga for Runners with Marcy is offered for $5 for MITers and $10 for the public as follows:
- Sundays at FrontRunner Upper Arlington at 10:00am
