More Miles Training Program- Spring 2024
The Spring Half and Full Marathon Training Program is a 16-week program that meets up to three times a week and is designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first-ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on nutrition techniques, strength training, and running form through included clinics. It also includes a training plan and weekly group runs. This program is geared towards finishing races in late April or early May. However, our Coaches can help you train for any Spring race you choose!
Quick Overview:
- Open House Information Sessions: January 3rd at 6:30 pm & January 6th at 9:00 am
- Start Date: January 1st
- Goal Race: Any at the end of April or early May, Go St Louis or The Lincoln Marathon & Half are suggestions
- Cost: $50
More Miles Participants will receive:
- 16-Week Full or Half Training Plan
- Supported weekly group long runs with Coaches and Pace Leaders on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings
- 3 Training Specific Seminars and Clinics
- Celebration Party after the completion of the program
More Miles Half & Full Marathon Group
Program Start: January 1st
Program Schedule: Monday & Wednesday nights, Saturday mornings
Goal Race:
Go St Louis or The Lincoln Marathon
Program Fee: $50
Description: Train for a half marathon or full marathon with a group. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing, and running autonomy.
You can train with us for any Spring marathon.
