Fleet Feet Columbia Spring Half Marathon training program is designed to help runners and run/walkers successfully complete the a Half Marathon (13.1 miles). The 12 week program is designed to safely train beginners for their first half marathon, or help experienced runners improve upon their previous half marathon time. The may chose the target race but you are welcome to select a different race or run/walk with us for accountability. Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving by providing guidance and advice. The program includes: a group tee-shirt, weekly group training run/walks, weekly newsletters with training tips, educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
