This run/walk is intended to honor children who have died following their battle with pediatric cancer or a blood disorder. Leah is one of those children, and her name and memory continue to shine through the creation of this race. Fleet Feet Columbia is timing the Daybreak Lifecare Center's Tenth Annual Daybreak “Race for LIFE 5K – “The Joy of the Lord is Our Strength” – to come together to celebrate life and support the vital work of serving women, men, and their babies in our community. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation helps make a lasting difference in the lives of families facing unexpected pregnancies. And as we continue this race to protect and save unborn lives, we are reminded that “The Joy of the Lord is Our Strength” (Nehemiah 8:10).
