Trail Running Training Program

Want to learn how to run trails? Join us in our first-ever Trail Running Training Program, where we'll teach you everything you need to know to safely run in the woods and mountains. We'll meet once a week for a short clinic on technique, gear, navigation, and more, then we'll head out on a trail run together to practice what we've learned.

This program is perfect for runners who have run trails and want to improve their skills, or for runners who are brand new to trail running and want to learn how to get started. Our weekly runs will range between 3-6 miles, and we recommend being able to run or run/walk 3 miles before joining this program.

Session 1 Details:

Session 1 will meet every Wednesday evening at 6pm from May 27 - June 24, 2026.

Cost is $150 one-time fee.

Perfect for a summer of trail running, or for preparing for local trail races!

Dates and locations:

Kickoff Event: 6pm-7pm May 20th at Fleet Feet Littleton. Come meet your coaches, learn about how to see your routes in Final Surge, and enjoy a special discount on any shoes or gear you need to be set up for sucess. One lucky participant will win a head-to-toe kit from On, so don't wait to sign up!

Session 2 Details:

Session 2 will meet every Wednesday evening at 6pm from Sept. 2 - Sept. 30, 2026.

Goal race: Bear Chase Race Series on Oct. 4, 2026

Cost is $150 one-time fee, excluding race registration.
