Join our Fall Training Team on their Sunday long runs every week to meet up with old friends and make new ones in a relaxed, supportive environment.
This 16-week program is perfect for runners who want community, accountability, and consistency, without the structure of a training plan. Runs will build from 60 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes througout the season. You choose the distance and pace that are right for you - as always, all paces and experience levels are welcome!
This program is perfect for you if:
You want to try out supported long runs, but don't want to commit to a full training program.
You want to stay consistent in your training, and want a group to keep you accountable.
You want to be a part of a community of runners who supports each other and makes running together fun!
You have a coach or are following your own plan, but want the accountability and connection of running with a group.
You want to train with Fleet Feet, but aren't free during the week.

Session Details
16 weeks of training begins on June 14th through September 27th, 2026.
Runs are at 7:00am every Sunday morning at various locations around Boulder.
