Training Programs Philosophy
Athletes have the best success when they have fitness, education, and community support. Our training programs provide our athletes with a plan to achieve their running goals, the education to make the most of their hard work, and the community to support them. Combining all of these make for healthy, happy runners!
Fitness
As athletes, our top priority is fitness. We give our athletes a weekly training plan with progressive, periodized workouts based on tried-and-true methods. We also provide two group runs a week, so our runners stay committed to their training. We build endurance slowly and safely, so that our runners are fit and strong for race day!
Education
Throughout the program, we provide educational clinics on topics important to our runners. From nutrition, to strength training, to recovery, we give our runners everything they need to perform at their best.
Community
We welcome all paces and all faces! At Fleet Feet we are committed to spreading the love of running to everyone, no matter if you are training for a marathon PR or walking your first 5k. We stop at all intersections so no one is left behind, we have pace group leaders to make sure everyone has someone to run with, and we have dedicated run/walk coaches so that all paces are covered. The fun, friendly atmosphere is one of the best parts of running with us!
