Fall No Boundaries 5K + 5 Mile Training

Whether you're looking to run your very first 5K, set a personal record, or just meet new people + have fun, our No Boundaries training program is for you! Join us for our Tuesday evening group runs from our Fleet Feet stores (Pepper Pike or Westlake) and Saturday morning group runs from local parks. Our group runs will be guided by our experienced + passionate running coaches who will lead you through a dynamic warmup, provide support along our route, and lead a post-run strength or stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with a comprehensive 10-week training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, + recovery necessary to conquer your chosen Thanksgiving race.

Tuesday, September 22nd: 1st group run

Registration includes:

Group Runs: 

Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Fleet Feet Pepper Pike (30679 Pinetree Rd., Pepper Pike, OH 44124) -OR- Fleet Feet Westlake (26149 Detroit Rd., Westlake, OH 44145)

Saturdays at 8:30am at local parks

Registration: $80 on or before 9/1/26, $95 after 9/1/26
