Whether you're training to run 1 mile or 26.2, it never hurts to be fast! Join our 8-week program on Thursdays with speed workouts designed to help you feel stronger and quicker than ever and chase a 1-mile PR at one of Cleveland's most exciting races, The Guardian Mile! We'll cycle between track interval workouts, hill repeats, and tempo runs at locations on both the east + west sides of CLE to teach you different ways to train and improve your top-end speed. Workouts will be scalable to all ability levels and beginners are welcome.
Our group runs will be led by our experienced and passionate running coaches who will guide you through a warmup, our workout, and a post-run stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with a training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, and recovery it takes to succeed at the Guardian Mile.

Group Runs: Thursdays at 6:00pm (June 11th to July 30th) - cycling between tracks and parks for interval, hill, + tempo workouts on both the east + west sides of CLE (run on the side of town most convenient to you)
Registration: $80 on or before 5/15/26, $90 after 5/15/26
