Whether you're training to run 1 mile or 26.2, it never hurts to be fast! Join our 8 weeks of Thursday evening workouts designed to help you feel stronger and quicker than ever and chase a 1 mile PR at one of Cleveland's most exciting races, The Guardian Mile! We'll cycle between locations on the west side of CLE for track interval workouts, hill repeats, and tempo runs to teach you different ways to train and improve your top end speed. Workouts will be scalable to all ability levels and beginners are welcome! Our group runs will be lead by our experienced and passionate coaches who will guide you through a warmup, our workout, and a post-run strength or stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with an 8-week training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, & recovery it takes to succeed at the Guardian Mile.
