2023 Fall 5k & 10k Training - West Side

Whether you're looking to run your first ever 5k, set a personal record, or just meet new people and have fun, this is the training program for you! Join us for our Tuesday evening group runs from our Fleet Feet Westlake store and Saturday morning group runs from a local park. Our group runs will be lead by our experienced and passionate team captains who will lead you through a warmup, guide you along our route, and lead a post run strength or stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with a full training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, & recovery it takes to conquer the 5k or 10k distance.

Group Runs:

Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Fleet Feet Westlake (26149 Detroit Rd, Westlake, OH 44145)

Saturdays at 8:30am at nearby parks and paths

Registration:

$85.00 (before July 1), $95.00 (after July 1)
