Refund & Transfer Policy
Within the first 3 weeks:
If, for medical or personal reasons, you cannot continue within the first three weeks, we’ll happily issue a full refund (minus any processing/admin fees from the registration provider). Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your credit card.
After 3 weeks:
If you cannot continue after three weeks, we’ll issue a transfer voucher for a future program of your choice. The voucher can be applied to any program, though a balance may be due—or refunded—depending on the cost of the future program. Our goal is your safety and success, and we’d love to see you in a future program.
Unforeseen circumstances:
If an event beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disaster, or a worldwide pandemic) forces us to move training to a virtual format, refunds will not be available.
