In partnership with Pig Works and The Flying Pig Marathon we are honored to present the 2026 edition of the Official Flying Pig 5K and 10K Training Progam. With two decades of experience and proven results, our beginner focused No Boundaries 5K, and beginner and intermediate 10K training programs are designed to train folks who might be newer in their fitness journey.
Each workout is designed with a very specific goal to keep all participants advancing and gaining fitness at a safe and proven cadence. While fitness is our main goal, education is a big part of No Boundaries. From learning about proper gear, the "rules of the road" and what to eat before a workout, our Coaches and Mentors have the personal experience to deliver quality educational clinics throughout training.

We offer No Boundaries 5K and 10K training out of our Blue Ash location with two workouts per week.

Pre-Training Info Sessions
Interested in training with us but have questions? Join us at one of our Pre-Training Info Session Open Houses to meet the Head Coach, some of your Mentors and Fleet Feet Team. Get your questions answered and gain a full understanding of the program before signing up.

Training Kick-Off Meeting
Join us at Fleet Feet Blue Ash on Thursday, February 5th from 6:30pm - 7:30pm to meet the No Boundaries Head Coach, Mentors and sponsors; pick up SWAG and get all questions answered! There is no workout on this date, it's a training kick off celebration!
Kick Off Workouts
- First Saturday, February 7th at 7:30am - Magic Mile - Sycamore Junior High Track
- First Tuesday, February, 10th at 6:15pm - Fleet Feet Blue Ash
What is the Magic Mile?
Our program is designed for people who are currently inactive or new to walking or running. But we realize that every participant is going to come to us with a different speed and level of fitness. This is why we do the Magic Mile on day one. During this 1-mile workout, we ask that every participant gives their best effort to finish the mile. This could involve running, walking or even some rest breaks if necessary.
Based on your pace, we will set you up with a Mentor who will meet you at your fitness level and make sure you are challenged, but not discouraged. This Mentor-led group is going to be your support system who gets you to the finish line 12 weeks later!
Weekly Workouts
- Tuesdays, 6:15PM at Fleet Feet Blue Ash (with the exception of a few field trips to local parks)
- Saturdays, 7:30AM at Fleet Feet Blue Ash
Tuesday evening workouts will begin with 10-15 minutes of a dynamic warm-up and/or strength workout, followed by our run and walk. Saturday morning workouts will begin with an Education Session, followed by the dynamic warm-up and walk/run.

New 2026 Race Day Resort Experience

A brand new experiene only for Fleet Feet Training Program participants designed to make pre and post race better than ever before. Here what to expect:
