We are here to help you. Dr Ian Chase will be giving a short class at the Fleet Feet store on how to use the foam rolling tools and the proper ways to tape. Come to this FREE class to find out why these items are extremely beneficial to runners.
Date: Thursday, September 17th at 6:15PM at Wildwood Park. Wear clothes that you can move around in, as you will be testing out these products.
