10K & Half Marathon Group & Virtual Training
Training plan begins on March 9th with our first group training session on March 14th/15th.
Looking for a spring goal? Our 12-Week Spring Training Program is here to help you maintain or improve your fitness while having fun and connecting with a supportive community. Whether you're gearing up for a race or just staying active, this program is perfect—even if you haven’t been running much lately!
Target Events:
- Soldier Field 10 Miler & 10K - May 23, 2026
- Bank of America Chicago 13.1 - June 7, 2026. Please note this is currently SOLD OUT.

Fleet Feet Training x CES Spring Training Highlights
- 12-Week Online Training Plan: Detailed and tailored for all levels, including two Run/Walk options.
- Expert Coaching: Professional, experienced, and certified coaches to guide you every step of the way.
- Training Options: Choose from Group Training or Virtual Training.
- Training Locations: Fleet Feet Elmhurst, Lincoln Square, Old Town, Rockford & South Loop
- Group Sessions: Twice weekly, with mid-week speed/strength runs, and weekend long runs led by coaches and pacers.
- Tuesday Speed Work at 6:30pm and Saturday Long Runs at 7:30am - Fleet Feet Elmhurst, Old Town, Rockford and South Loop
- Thursday Speed Work at 6:30pm and Sunday Long Runs at 7:30am - Fleet Feet Lincoln Square
- Pace Teams: Leaders and mentors for various paces, including Run/Walk.

Training Plan Options:
- Purple (Run/Walk 2/1 Intervals) - Lowest Mileage Plan
- Green (Run/Walk 5/1 Intervals) - Low Mileage Plan
- Blue (Continuous Run) - Low Mileage Plan
- Red (Continuous Run) - Intermediate Mileage Plan
- Yellow (Continuous Run) - High Mileage Plan
