BLOG: Fundraise and Run the Bank of America Chicago Marathon with a Charity Partner

Running Changes Everything™

Commit to making a difference in your life and the lives of others by running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon with an official charity partner. Running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon with a charity partner not only guarantees you a spot in the race, but it also helps contribute to the single largest giving day in Illinois.

In 2019, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon announced that more than 12,000 runners raised over $27.1 million through the charity program. Since the charity program was officially established in 2002, more than 118,000 runners have raised over $225 million for local, national and global causes.

We urge you to consider joining one of the below charities if you're running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Runners who are interested in running and fundraising on behalf of a charity can guarantee their spot in the 2022 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Charity program entries are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Take a look at the list of Fleet Feet's charity partners below. Each of these charities trains with Chicago Endurance Sports, Fleet Feet's training partner that prepares you with 18 weeks of group, coached training.
