It's no secret that regular walkers improve blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat, lung function and mood.
Walking is a great way for those in our community who are not runners to get exercise, be social, and be safe.
The walking club will be led by Dawn and will last between 45-60 minutes. The walks will start and end at the Fleet Feet South Loop store.
- Please dress in layers to accommodate for the weather.
- Walk will be cancelled if there is thunder and lightning.
- Free 90-minute garage parking is available with validation.
