Whether you're want to run your first 5K or you want to get a little faster at the 5K distance, we're here to help every step of the way. Get ready for The Big Run and/or The Riverbend Run. We are offering a 10 week training program to train for your first 5K or to pick up a little speed. The Big Run is a Fleet Feet sponsored 5K on Wednesday June 3rd at 6pm. That's Global Running Day. If Wednesday doesn't work for you or you want to do two 5K's, the Riverbend Run is Saturday, June 6th. The training program is only $75 for 10 weeks of training. You'll get tips from a certified coach, weekly training schedule, nutrition tips, Tech shirt, 3+ runs per week, discounted entry fee to The Big Run and personalized shoe fitting and more.
