With two supported workouts each week, beginner and intermediate training tiers, and running coaches who bring real expertise to every step, you'll have what you need to train with purpose and finish with confidence.
Half Marathon Program

- Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:00 PM, Saturdays @ 7:00 AM
- Program Location: Fleet Feet Fort Mill/Charlotte- Myers Park
- Program Length: 12 Weeks
- Goal Race: Novant Health Charlotte Half Marathon
- Fee: $175**

Half Marathon Training Program Levels
Training for a half marathon looks different for everyone. Some runners are building on their running experience, while others are stepping into this distance for the first time. To help you yrain at the right level, this program offers two training paths for half marathon training.
Level 1: Designed for runners who have an established routine averaging around 20 miles per week and feel comfortable running 4-6 miles at a time.
Level 2: Designed for runners who have an established routine averaging of around 25 miles or more per week. They feel comfortable running 6-8 miles and are looking to build on a previous half marathon experience.
