We are excited to announce the release of our first training plans of the season! Whether you are first-time runner or looking for your next race to complete, we welcome you to come train with us so you feel confident and supported as you run towards your own personal goals this year.
Make It A Mile
Program Start: April 29th
Program Schedule:
The Fort Mill group will meet on Tuesday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 9am.
The Charlotte group will meet on Wednesday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 9am.
Goal Race: The Meck Mile on May 25th
Program Fee: $50 (Registration for The Meck Mile is not included)
Description: Thanks to our sponsor HOKA, the Make It A Mile training program is the perfect way to kick off this running season! We welcome you to join us over the next 4 weeks as we strategically prepare you to have a great experience in The Meck Mile whether your goal is to complete your first mile or make it your fastest. As part of this training program, you will receive professional coaching and mentorship, motivation and inspiration, as well as have access to discounts on gear in store all season long, opportunitis to win raffle prizes and we will provide you with educational clinics to help make this a fun and successful run experience for you. You can expect to see shorter runs on the week days and longer runs on Saturdays. We are so excited to coach you through this first training program of the year!
The Big Run 5k
Program Start: April 1st
Program Schedule:

Goal Race: The Big Run 5k
Program Fee: $125 (Registration for The Big Run 5k is included)
Description: We want to invite you to join us as we train for The Big Run 5k which will be held on Global Running Day, June 5th! If this is your first training program ever or of the year with us, welcome! Our intention with this training program is to help you feel confident about running the 5k distance. Whether you choose to run or race The Big Run 5k, we want you to feel prepared and excited to take on that distance in any capacity that you choose! It is our mission to not just coach you through your running journey over the next 8 weeks, but encourage and inspire you to go for your goals, whatever they may be! With this training plan, you will receive professional, personalized coaching, comradarie from your fellow training partners, raffles and chances to win prizes along the way and educational clinics from experts in physical therapy, nutrition, running shoes and more. We hope to see you out there with us!
