This Week's Saturday Run Spot!

Join us for a free, informal fun run/walk on the trails at Post Falls Community Forest. We'll have routes of approximately three and five miles from the trailhead at Q'emiln Park. There are a few hills to run, a few rocks to clamber over.

We meet at 7:30 a.m. at the head of the Old Wagon Road trail, immediately to the left of the park entrance.
