We want our Fleet Feet stores to be your local hub for running events, training groups, and clinics to help support your running and walking journey. We are so thrilled to be able to offer training groups for all levels of runners and walkers, free weekly social runs and walks, and team up with the areas best community partners - in physical therapy, chiropractic, orthopedic, and primary care, as well as nutritionists, massage therapists, and more! • 2/22 - CEP Demo at bRUNch Run - 10-11:30am, Fleet Feet Durham - Ninth Street. Come and demo Altra's new releases, and stick around for coffee and fresh waffles!
• 2/23 - Injury Prevention Workshop with Endurance Unleashed PT - 6-7pm, Fleet Feet Carrboro. Dr. Rob Berghorn, Physical Therapist and owner of Endurance Unleashed, will host a dynamic workshop designed to keep you healthy, confident, and injury‑free on the run. More info here!

• 3/20 - Links Health Expo Run 4 the Health Of It 5K PPU - 4-7pm, Fleet Feet Durham - Ninth Street.
• 3/21 - Links Health Expo Run 4 the Health Of It 5K - 8:30am, Hillside High School, Durham. An invitation to celebrate health, wellness, and togetherness, for all ages. After the race, stay for the 4th Annual Black Family Wellness Expo! Visit here for more info, and to register.
