We want our Fleet Feet stores to be your local hub for running events, training groups, and clinics to help support your running and walking journey. We are so thrilled to be able to offer training groups for all levels of runners and walkers, free weekly social runs and walks, and team up with the areas best community partners - in physical therapy, chiropractic, orthopedic, and primary care, as well as nutritionists, massage therapists, and more! • 4/17 - Argyle Mile Shakeout Run/Walk & Yoga for the Tar Heel 10 Miler & Fleet Feet 4 Miler - 9 am, Southern Village Green. Free and open to all! Yoga from Bloom Yoga Co will start at 9:40 am! RSVP here.
• 4/17 - Tar Heel 10 Miler & Fleet Feet 4 Miler Expo - 10am-7pm, Southern Village Green.
• 4/18 - Tar Heel 10 Miler & Fleet Feet 4 Miler Race - 7am.
• 4/19 - Tar "Heal" Recovery Party - 10am-12pm, Fleet Feet Carrboro. Come celebrate your 10 Miler and 4 Miler finishes with Fleet Feet! We'll have a local PT, recovery tools and breakfast to celebrate your accomplishments!
