For over 40 years, we have curated and created products, programs, and experiences that inspire and empower runners and their communities. On any given day, you’ll find us squeezing in a morning run before we open, training staff on how to enhance our customer experience, and empowering our communities to sign up for a Running Club program, and we’ll do it all in running clothes.
From our group Running Clubs to local races, we’re building a network of runners, so you never have to hoof it alone. We’re not stopping at running buddies: we engage and empower our communities, by maintaining local trails, coaching high school teams, and mentoring youth. We love your communities because they’re our communities, too.

Leadership Development Program
Our unique Leadership Development Program trains smart, driven people with retail experience in all areas of the business using our proprietary curriculum and then puts them in a position to operate a Fleet Feet store. Nowhere else in our industry does a program with this level of in depth training and development exist.
