From the treadmill to the trail, and every park, pavement and workplace in between – the right shoe for your foot is more than just a stylish chunky stack, snappy carbon plate or fire new colorway. With a 2-step foot scan and a deep dive into personalized data, our thorough fit process also provides a space to discuss your previous footwear experiences and unique needs.

Our 3D fit id® scanner allows us to capture the shape of your foot, and the pressure plate then reveals your natural movement patterns and pressure points. We combine your scan results with any key information and comfort preferences you provided us to pull a selection of shoes and insoles best suited to you.

From beginner runners to budding racers, and all and paces in between – our structured running/walking training programs go beyond simply racking up the miles. Whether it’s a 5K or a marathon – with the support, courage and comradery of coaches, mentors and fellow runners, each program is designed to lead you across the finish line.

As the local hub for running events, training groups and clinics, we offer training programs for all paces, facilitate free social group runs/walks and host community events alongside the best running brands and community partners in the area. From experiencing new shoe models to pop-up shops and in-store shopping experiences for local run clubs – we foster a passionate and welcoming environment in which to learn, stay informed and grow on your running or walking journey.
