- The Final Surge training platform offers workouts compatible with popular fitness devices and apps (Garmin, Apple Watch, Strava, etc.). Your training plan will include a twice-weekly strength routine, mobility, and cross-training exercises to enhance strength and prevent injury.
- Support from our Community Partners in Physical Therapy, Strength Training, and Nutrition presented through our School of Run Series.
- Welcoming pace groups for everything from a sub-9 minute mile to a 15+ min/mile.
