Two NEW Training Programs!

Starting in August, we have two new training programs for runners of all types. 

MILES CLUB: The MILES CLUB is for runners of all levels as the training is personalized to your abilities. Trained coaches will help you stay motivated, complete a distance you never imagined you could, and help you earn a new personal record. We will tally up your program miles, and when you hit milestones in the 10- week program, you win awesome giveaways to celebrate! TRAIL RUN: A 10-week training program that explores some of our favorite local running trails. Enjoy group runs on the trail or train for an upcoming trail race. You will train for a trail race at the end of the program.
