
Let's have some fun on the trails!
Los Angeles is a vast area of concrete stretching for miles, but we also have some amazing vistas and trails in our own backyards. This training program is designed for those looking to increase their distance and speed on the trails. Our program targets people who are currently comfortable with running 3 miles of road or trail.
Our exceptional coaching staff will lead you in your training. Pace groups, speed/strength work, and specific training plans will enable anyone interested in getting on the trails or in improving their trail times to complete a race in 10 weeks. Training starts Tuesday, March 31st.

The cost of the program is $50 and includes:
- A 10-week training program
- Coach-guided weekly training sessions at Griffith Park and local trails:
- Tuesdays @ 6:30 PM: strength and speed workouts
- Saturdays @ 7:30 AM: long run
- Additional workout recommendations
- Option to add on a commerative t-shirt for $25
- Dedicated support from coaches and pace leaders
- The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
