Already completed a 5k or graduated from a run/walk program and ready for what's next? Our Half Marathon training program is a 16-week, running coach led program designed to help you complete your first or next half marathon with more strength, confidence and consistency. You'll get structure, support from mentors and the motivation of a community alongside you. This is a running-focused program for participants who want to build on the achievement of finishing a 5k (or scaling back from a recent marathon). You'll learn how to run stronger, steadier, and feel more confident from start to finish.
