We offer several options each week for everyone to enjoy FREE group workouts.
All fitness levels and paces are welcome. No reservations required. Simply show up dressed to workout and you’re off!
Monday Fun Day Workouts, 6pm
Beat the Monday blahs with our Monday Fun Day group run/walk! Everyone's welcome to join in a 2 or 3 mile run/walk. All paces are welcome. Must be back by 7PM.
Wednesday Night Workouts, 6pm
Join us for our FREE and FUN Wednesday Night Workouts! Meet new people and stay running/walking with Fleet Feet every season of the year... yes, even during the winter. All paces are welcome. We offer 2 or 3 mile routes for you to run or walk. Must be back by 7PM
Please note: Because we respect your time, all group workouts will start promptly at their designated start times. Plan accordingly if you need time beforehand to change or use the restrooms. Pre and post-run water is provided. All participants must be back from their workout by 7PM.
