By now you've probably all heard from your coaches that you've got to stay on pace. Learning how to pace properly can be one of the most difficult parts of your training. However, it is also one of the most essential components to becoming a stronger runner. Pacing yourself properly in a race will help you achieve your goals and finish feeling strong. |
