Our bodies NEED fluids to function at their best. That's why Nathan is taking over our Monday Fun Day Workout on July 10th. You will have the opportunity to demo different products to carry the fluids you need - before, during and after your workout! Choose from a 2, 4 or 5 mile run/walk. Everyone's welcome!
