ABC Run/Walk #157 is August 29

ABC Run/Walk #157 for Seedling Theatre will be Saturday, August 29 from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m.

The Schumachers and Andersons will host at Rosa Parks Commons. https://normal.org/1421/Rosa-Parks
We will follow social distancing guidelines. Please show at various times. There will be no group start or group photo.

Event is free. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. 100% of donations go to Seedling Theatre, a wonderful theatrical program for children and young adults with disabilities, as well as their able bodied peers.

Choose your course: to downtown circle & back is 3 miles, to Keg Grove & back is 6 miles, or head north to the end of the trail & back (4.7 miles). Water & gatorade will be at Rosa Parks Commons.

No need to bring food to share. Meg will have her coffee cake cupcakes. Laurel Schumacher and Donna Anhalt will also provide food in individual serving sizes.
