Program Start: Wednesday, April 15
Program Schedule: Wednesday Evenings at 6:30PM; Saturday Mornings at 8AM
Program Fee: $100 for program (race entry is free)
Description: No Boundaries is a 5K training program made for beginners, no experience needed. We ease into running with plenty of walk breaks and encouragement along the way. You will make friends, finish a 5K and realize you are capable of more than you thought. No stress, no pressure. Just progress.
