The 3M Half Marathon and Austin Marathon are both right around the corner and we want to support those brave enough enduring the journey. We’ve partnered with our friends at Eastside Movement Company, The Morning Jo’s and 5Run2 to talk about marathon training, how to keep yourself healthy, common injuries and how much pain you should run through. Our talk with start promptly at 8:00am and we’ll conclude with a run at 8:30am across three, five and seven mile distances—all paces welcome.
