With Fleet Feet’s Half Marathon Training Program, you’ll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered. Training isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A 10-12 Week training plan tailored to your goal
- 2 Coached In-person group run support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to build strength and prevent injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more

Spring Half Marathon Training - March 28th - June 6th - Register Here!
- Coached group runs will be Tuesdays at 6:00pm at Savannah Rapids Pavilion and Saturdays at 8:00am at Fleet Feet North Augusta
- KICK OFF: March 28th @ 8:00AM at Fleet Feet North Augusta (210 Georgia Ave. North Augusta, SC)
