Spring Trail Training Series

Join an amazing community of local runners! Trained coaches will help you stay motivated as you explore new terrain. This program is open to all fitness levels whether you are new to trails or a seasoned off-roader.


We will train 10 weeks and along the way we provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

Coached group runs will be Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am at the Forks Area Trail System (FATS) South Trailhead.

GROUP KICK OFF: March 25, 2023 @ 8:00AM at FATS.

Training Package Includes: 2 coached group runs per week plus Thursday fun run/walk, Speed Demons track workout, weekly training schedules, educational clinics on topics such as injury prevention, form, and nutrition/hydration from the areas leading experts, Vendor Swag from our program sponsor Brooks, Store discounts/sales events offered exclusively to training group participants, raffled prizes throughout the season, potential race entry fee discounts, accountability and camaraderie, and most importantly lots of Fun, Fun, Fun!
