COVID-18 Update from Training Coordinator:
Unfortunately, we have made the decision to suspend meeting for training program runs and fun runs through April 1st. We will also postpone the Beginner 5K kickoff until April 4th.
Though we will not host runs socially, we still want to encourage all of our runners to stay active, so instead we will be working on coming up with great incentives for you to get your runs in on your own. We will do a weekly raffle for anyone that posts proof of their workouts into the Facebook group to encourage you to stay active, stay tuned for details.
Also, the Cooper River Bridge Run has been postponed to August 1st, 2020 (https://bridgerun.com/) While we don't have a training program for a 10K at that time, we will have our Summer Series Training. I think this will be a great way to train for a 10K at that time.
Again, I am sad we are having to make this call and apologize for any inconvenience. We want to make sure the safety of our participants and our coaching staff is always our #1 priority. I will miss seeing you all on my runs!
