FREE 2020 AthHalf Long Run Training Program
The AthHalf weekend training runs that we've been hosting for the last few years have become some of our favorite events to put on. Last year we saw around 150 people join us bright & early each and every Saturday morning. We absolutely love being part of so many people's journey and we take great pride in creating an experience that is second to none.
Unfortunately, this years Saturday morning long run series is going to begin virtually. We do not feel that at this time we can continue to create that same (or better) experience in the current conditions.
We will continue to monitor things on a weekly basis and hope that we will be able to host in-person long runs at some point before race day.
In the meantime, we are still commited to being a resource for your training leading up to the 2020 AthHalf (& beyond). We will still send out suggested routes that are in line with the weekend long runs prescribed in our training plan. We will offer additional tips, training resources & even some sweet deals exclusive to this group.

Join the tens of thousands of people who challenge themselves every year to the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance race in Athens is challenging and achievable. Our programs target runners of all levels & abilities for anyone who can currently (as of August 17th) run 4 miles to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances.
Each Saturday run will include restrooms, a place to store your keys/belongings, route maps, water stops & a fun, friendly coaching staff.
