Training programs are designed to help you reach your goals through quality coaching and community support.
Our Group Training Schedule:
*Thursdays at 6 pm – Alternating Locations between Fleet Feet Asheville and Asheville Personal Training - workout varies (hill repeats, track work, fartlek, strength & mobility, etc.)
*Saturdays at 7:30 am - Summit Coffee - Long Run.
Multiple mileage options each week, as mileage will vary depending on time of season and goal race!
