Times and Locations
Our Training Program meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (Aptos High School: 100 Mariner Way, Aptos, CA 95003) and Saturdays at 8:00 AM (Fleet Feet Aptos: 7960 Soquel Dr suite i, Aptos, CA 95003).
Group activities usually last 60-75 minutes, depending on the distance of the run/walk.
Participants will get:
1) Two coached group runs each week on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings
2) 15% discount on ALL ON pruducts during the duration of the program (shoes and apparel)
3) Exclusive Discount with Monarch Pilates- Learn how Pilates can improve your running efficiency and decrease risk of injury. Experience a challenging blend of mobility and stability work targeted at the muscles essential for proper running mechanics and injury prevention.

Details About Training:
This training program will help you gear up for your Fall Half Marathon goals! With a goal race of the Monterey Bay Half Marathon, this training team is suited for anyone racing a fall half marathon in October through December, or to use as training towards marathon training in early 2026. With training tracks for different paces (including walking, run/walk, run-continuous, and competitive), levels of experience, and goals (from completing the race to PRs), the Fleet Feet Half Marathon Training Team is a great option for everybody and every body!
While our programs are designed to build on one another so that we become comfortable with longer distances organically, we welcome new runners and walkers to our program as well, and we generally recommend that being able to run, walk, or use a combination of run/walk comfortably for at least 2-3 miles at the start of the program is a solid base for us to build on to reach your half marathon goal by the end of the program. Running Coaches:
Fleet Feet's team of experienced running coaches will check in with you at every training run to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized coaching. Training groups will be small, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach.
