No matter your goal, experience, pace, or movement style, Fleet Feet Aptos' Spring Half Marathon Training Program is here to celebrate the awesome half marathoner you're meant to be by meeting you where you are and guiding you to your goals and dreams!

2024 Spring Season:
Febraury 6th to April 13th | Goal Race: Surfers Path Half Marathon or any spring race of 10 miles to 25k
Times and Locations:
Our Spring Half Marathon Program meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (Aptos High School: 100 Mariner Way, Aptos, CA 95003) and Saturdays at 8:00 AM (Fleet Feet Aptos: 7960 Soquel Dr suite i, Aptos, CA 95003). Group activities usually last 60-75 minutes, depending on the distance of the run/walk.
In this 8-week training program, we have pace groups and multiple training tracks and options, from those chasing PRs, to those looking to finish the race strong at any pace, to athletes looking to walk the race! We train and race using multiple methods to fit each unique athlete, including the Jeff Galloway Run/Walk Method, walking, and run-continuous methods.

A weekly training plan with workouts and recovery scripted for each day of the week
2 synchronous group workouts each week: speedwork on Tuesday evenings (typically at Aptos High School's track) and long runs on Saturday mornings (usually leaving from Fleet Feet Aptos)
