Official She.Is.Beautiful Training Program
Prepare and train with the companionship and support of our Fleet Feet community for the 14th Annual She Is Beautiful 5K/10K. All participants will get an effective and well-organized training experience with a certified coach, written training schedule, weekly emails with instructional information, educational clinics, membership to a private Facebook training group page, and accountability!

Times and Locations
Our She Trains Program meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (Aptos High School: 100 Mariner Way, Aptos, CA 95003) and Saturdays at 8:00 AM (Fleet Feet Aptos: 7960 Soquel Dr suite i, Aptos, CA 95003). Group activities usually last 60-75 minutes, depending on the distance of the run/walk.
Join a community of like-hearted runners, walkers, and movers to train for the She.Is.Beautiful Santa Cruz event! This year, She.Is.Beautiful is offering three options: 1) 5K, 2) 10K, and the She.Rises Challenge, in which you will run the She.Is.Beautiful (either distance) on Saturday, May 11, and the Pajaro Valley Women's Shelter Mother's Day 5K or 10K on Sunday, May 12! Whether you're hoping to run your first, fastest, or most fun 5K or 10K race or race medley, our professional coaches, volunteer mentors, and inclusive and intentional community are here to support you every step of the way as you run your most beautiful and empowered story!
All paces, people, and movement types are welcome!

The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those early mornings when you just don't feel like getting out of bed, the training group will keep you accountable.

Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will check in with you at every training run to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized coaching. Training groups will be small, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach.
No refunds after the first day of training.
Training fee does not include any race entry fee.
