Spring NO BOundaries, Now Virtual

Spring 2020 has brought about changes for all of us. Words like pandemic, Social Distancing and Shelter In Place have given us stress, wonder, and worry. In this time when stress and worry seem to be the only games in town - I am here to tell you they are NOT!
Movement is the best way to battle that stress and start (or continue) your run/walk journey in 2020. NO BOundaries will be a Virtual Training group for Spring 2020. We will still offer coach-guided workouts for 8 weeks. Through all our communication channels your will access the workouts and continue your walk/run journey. A bonus to not meeting in person (for now) is that you can do your 2 workouts a week on the days that serve you best!
As soon as the Shelter In Place is lifted, we will be organizing into staggering start times so that our groups are small and safe. Coach Melani, Coach Linda and Coach Jeffrey will be with you at every step of this journey. Educational clinics will be LIVE on Facebook and recorded for you to access at anytime. This group is for YOU!
The year is underway and now is the time to start (or continue) your run/walk journey for 2020. NO BOundaries is a 5K training program for beginner and intermediate walkers/runners. Join us for our Virtual Launch Event on Wednesday April 1. Train with us for 8 weeks, virtually on Tuesdays evenings and Saturday mornings. Educational clinics will include run/walk form, habit changing, nutrition, injury prevention, and race ready - all part of the training program. The group is for YOU!
