2023 Fall Season
Season: August 15th to December 2nd | Goal Race: California International Marathon
Times and Locations
Our Marathon Training meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM. Group activities usually last 60-75 minutes, depending on the distance of the run.
We will meet at Fleet Feet Aptos: 7960 Soquel Dr suite i, Aptos, CA 95003
Participants will get:
1) Weekly training plans adjusted for our particular group of training partners
2) Professional coaching and a staff of volunteer mentors to guide you
3) Two groups workouts per week (Tuessdays, 6pm, and Saturdays, 8am)
4) Access to group chats and other social connections and communications, such as end-of-the-season party
5) 10% in-store discount at Fleet Feet Aptos for the duration of the program
6) Access to exclusive educational clinics and workshops to empower your training
*We recommend that each training partner be comfortable walking, running, or using a combination of run/walk for 6 miles at the beginning of this training program, or walking, running, or using run/walk continuously for at least an hour. Details About Training:
This training program will help you gear up for your Fall Marathon goals! With a goal race of CIM, this training team is suited for anyone racing a fall marathon in late October through December, or to use as training towards a January race or ultramarathon. With training tracks for different paces (including walking, Run/Walk, run-to-finish, and competitive), levels of experience, and goals (from completing the race to PRs to BQs), the Fleet Feet Marathon Training Team is a great option for everybody and every body!
Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will check in with you at every training run to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized coaching. Training groups will be small, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach.
