GET UP AND MOVE (GUAM)
This is a beginner walking program designed to help you take the first steps to getting healthy by establishing an active lifestyle at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll have established a consistent workout schedule which will help you feel confident enough to stay active or to try the next level of training.
BEGINNER / GETTING BACK INTO IT / MAINTAIN
For any athlete that wants to complete a 5K or 10K race or wants to maintain their current level of running fitness. This beginners fitness program is designed for people who are looking for a supportive and non-competitive environment in which to learn to love walking, walk/running and running. Our coaches and mentors build you up, motivate you and teach you proper form, stretching, nutrition and more - all while getting you out and moving toward your 5K or 10K goal.
5K AND 10 TRAINING
Prepare and train for your 5K/10K with the support and camaraderie of Fleet Feet Running Club. All participants get an effective and well organized training experience with certified coaches and mentors, written training schedule, weekly emails with instructional information, and educational clinics.
RUNNERS AND WALKERS WHO CAN CONSISTENTLY MAINTAIN 16:00 MIN/MILE PACE
This 16 week program will get you race ready for your race of choice: Capitola Half Marathon (Sun May 17), Big Sur 11/21 miler (Sun April 26), or Surfer's Path Marathon (Sun May 17) with option to include the She.Is.Beautiful 5K/10K as a training race (race registrations not included).
CONSITENT RUNNERS OR WALKERS WHO ARE LOOKING TO START OR CONTINUE TRAIL RUNNING
