Albany Advanced 5k & 10k - Fleet Feet Distance Project

$175 for the 12-week program
The Fleet Feet Albany 5K Advanced and 10K Distance Project is a 12-week program perfect for runners who desire to improve their 5K or 10K times or compete at a longer distance. In addition to improving fitness, the program can help runners increase their knowledge and love of running.
Long-time coach Dale Broomhead will once again be making sure that you are doing the right training to improve your running. In addition to twice-weekly group runs, Coach Dale sends an email every week with a recap of recent group workouts, words of encouragement, and a daily training schedule so you know what to do outside of the meetings.
The training group will meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:45 PM and the workout will start at 6 PM.
